THIRD BED: FULL BOARD SUPPLEMENT

Adult sharing with two other adults:	80% of the p/p twin rate.	Adults: € 13 per person per day
Child sharing with two other adults:	0 - 2 years: No charge	Children: 0-2 yrs: No supplement
2 - 12 years:	50% of the p/p twin rate.	Children: 2-12 yrs: € 13 per child day
Children under 12 years of age who are occupying their own room: 75% of the above p/p twin rate, o ne adult and one child sharing: adult pays single rate plus supplement and child pays 50% of the above p/p twin rate

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: (single rooms are in deluxe category only)
For the period	20/12/07 – 25/03/08	inclusive, the following single room supplement applies: - €30.00
For the period	26/03/08 – 5/06/08	inclusive, there will be no single room supplement
For the period	6/06/08 – 19/12/08	inclusive, the following single room supplement applies:- €30.00

FESTIVE SEASON SUPPLEMENT

During 20/12/07 – 7/01/08 inclusive, the following supplement applies:
Adults: €40 per person per day	Children 0-2 No supplement	Children 2-12 years: €20 per day
NEW YEARS EVE SUPPLEMENT, in addition to the Festive Season SupplementThe following supplement applies for the night of 31 December 2007:
Adult: €45.00 per person.	Children 0 – 2 years: No supplement	Children 2 – 12 years: €22.00 per child

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

For cancellation or reduction in number between 35 and 14 days from noon on the accommodation date: 35% of the rates applicable per bednight canceled.
For cancellation or reduction in number between 14 and 7 days of noon on the date of the accommodation: 50% of the rates applicable per bednight canceled.
For cancellation or reduction in number between 7 and 2 days of noon on the date of the accommodation: 75% of the rates applicable per bednight canceled
For cancellation or reduction in number within 48 hours from noon on the date of accommodation or in case of No Show: 100% of the rates applicable per bednight canceled.
For cancellation or reduction in the number of rooms for any bookings that fall within the Christmas Supplement period, full cancellation will be charged for all the bednights cancelled.
