“Pure Heaven!”

If Zanzibar is Paradise – then Breezes Beach Club is Heaven!
We had an incredibly restful and memorable week!
Actually, I have never gotten a tan like this one in my life! Wonderful!

All the staff, from the maids to the waiters/waitresses and the front desk-staff were incredible!
The places where you get this good service are rare!
The food was superb and the Crab Cakes in particular were to die for! We actually got the recipe for those…
My husband managed to get stung by a jellyfish on our first day, but the staff at the Watersports Centre handled that like true professionals!

It was absolutely NOT our last trip to Zanzibar!

“Fantastic….”

I must say we were lucky to have been able to stay in so many different hotels and lodges during our safari and in two places in Zanzibar as well. We ended with our stay at The Palms, which I reviewed as well, but did stay for 4 nights at Breezes before moving to The Palms for the end of our trip.

Breezes was wonderful and the very peaceful, especially in the beginning of December…a hot, but great time to visit. The food was exquisite as was the service. A great experience in the accommodation and I relished in the comfort, style, and peace of the room that had no distractions.

Beach was incredible and private and the pool a great reprieve from the hot sun.

Food highlights were the Sultan’s Table and the fantastic lunch menu that offered so much more than your typical resort fare. A touch of Indian and Thai, with of course a fantastic burger!

The Spa was incredible, unlike anything I have experienced in the States. You have to visit the shop as well….beautiful clothes, jewelry, typical African luxuries…I almost needed to buy another suitcase!

I can go on, but what a wonderful highlight to our stay in Zanzibar….loved it!
