Excellent resort

Beautiful resort right on white sandy beach. It’s about one hour from airport. Lovely warm welcome. Staff took time in showing me around. Duty Manager also said hello. Lovely gardens, room, pool. Staff always welcoming and friendly and helpful. Took a day trip to Stone Town organised from resort. Went for half board, lovely breakfast and dinner. Executive Chef was there at dinner supervising buffet spread. Tasty cocktails too! Pool bar staff very friendly. Special mention to manager Pema who was very helpful.

Perfect location

Wonderful location with direct beach access, Nice spacy rooms with own terrasse. Friendly and smiling staff always ready to help. Good restaurant with local cuisine. Can highly recommend the hotel to anyone that needs a break

Paradise on earth!

Stayed at this Paradise for 5 nights with my wife and had the best stay ever! Beautiful, clean, quiet, perfect sited, extremely nice staff and amazing food/service! I hope to get the chance to bring my whole family some time... Thank you Lucas and team for a great stay!

Beautiful stay and dives

The location and facilities are excellent. My bungalow was extreamly comfortable and well decorated, with a little terrace facing the gardens full of beautiful trees and flowers.

The staff is also excellent, super friendly and available, always ready to help. The food was delicious and changes every night.

They also have a dive centre, I did 10 dives with them. The reef is super healthy and the staff awesome, real pros. The gear for rent is A+.

I highly recommend this resort.

Love at First sight

Such a wonderful milieu for a resort and great attention to even the smallest details. Combined with nice and always smiling staff - the resort started to feel like home right after arriving. The breakfast still makes my mouth water!

words probably are not enough..

The Breezes is a little gem in a lush tropical garden,full of plants,coloured birds,butterflies and if you are lucky,some monkeys.Faced on a white coral beach in front of one of the most beautiful reef in Zanzibar.The staff is friendly and very careful with us, from first moment we arrived until the last second we left with the taxi. All the location, in Zanzibarian style, is flawless maintained, nothing is neglected. A very full breakfast with two chef cooking eggs, pancakes and waffle as you like, dinner with buffet, or menu, different every evening accompanied by local music groups. A small Spa offer a really relaxing moment. But probably my words are not enough, or too few, to explain as we have enjoyed our stay there and, for sure, I’m forgetting something....anyway the Hospitality at its best

Paradise!

Simply one of the very best places we have ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always interested in you and what you have been doing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they will always go the extra mile to ensure that you get the very best out of your stay. The food in the restaurant is superb with a very wide range of choices both at breakfast and dinner and vegetarians are well catered for. The poolside bar offers a reasonable range of lighter meals for lunch. There are a number of options for trips, including a guided visits to the nearby village and a spice farm. Breezes exceeded our expectations in every aspect of our stay.

Perfection in Zanzibar!

Frankly absolutely everything was perfect. We did decide to pay for the de luxe upstairs room/suite and the small difference in price was worth every penny. A superb very large private terrace where we could either sit in the sun or in the shade. The hotel was spotlessly clean and clearly has not been allowed to get run down during the covid crisis. In fact the time was obviously used to redecorate and upgrade. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The beach was kept beautifully clean and no problem at all with the beach boys. We will certainly come back again!

Exotic Oasis in the Sun

Breezes is a sumptuous feast for the senses. The decor and landscaping gives you an immediate feeling of relaxation and calm. The staff is also kind and always helpful.

There were different themes each evening for dinner with some sort of delightful entertainment.

The beach is beautiful and the pool is warm and immaculate.

We both loved it here.

A week in Paradise

We arrived at Breezes after 10 days of travelling around the Middle East and Stone Town hoping for a week of blissful relaxation by the Indian Ocean. We got so much more. What a beautiful place. The hotel is fabulous, we had an Ocean view suite with a wonderful terrace/balcony. Room service was immaculate and completely unobtrusive. Our suite was always spotless and so welcoming.

The food was, on the whole, delicious. We are great fans of buffet style especially when the quality is as high as here. we found one of the three set menus a little disappointing but only because we were comparing it to the splendid quality and choice of the buffets. Breakfast was first class. We really enjoyed the entertainment over dinner. In particular, the Mambo Band and Acrobats were great fun and very talented.

Every member of staff was a delight. They are all so professional but each has a sense of humour and charm which gives you the impression you are being welcomed and hosted by one big happy family, whether at Reception, in the restaurants and bars, by the pool or the beach or just walking through the gardens. We did not use the spa but it had great reviews from other guests.

If you cannot come away from Breezes feeling totally relaxed, pampered and spoiled I feel sorry for you. We would love to come back soon.

The hotel is located well on the East Coast giving you perfect Sunrise ??????.

The Staff are very professional and friendly.The food is of different variety and we liked the set up as well. You can have the Chef prepare something special for you.

The facility has Gone Green and we love that they are taking care of nature and ensuring sustainable tourism. The rooms are spacious and clean ensuring maximum comfort.

Recommended for the entire Family and Friends. Solo travelers will have a good time as well

We could not have asked for a better stay than ours for our honeymoon. Breezes Beach Club is a well-run resort on the east side of Zanzibar. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to when we left, we were pleased with the support provided by the staff whenever we had questions. The staff is extremely helpful and kind (Liz and Emmanuel at the reception!) and the extra activities added a lot of fun and interest to our stay. The resort itself is new and always kept clean. The massage therapists were amazing, and the food is simply out of this world. Every night, we were presented with a rich menu that was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend Breezes Beach Club & Spa to anyone considering it!

This is a review for the Water Sport Centre located in Breezes Hotel.

We did snorkelling, windsurfing and a reef walk with Hasan. He was an excellent and knowledgeable guide for the snorkelling tour (it's better than the standard ones as the boat goes further north and the current carries you southward).

The reef walk was great and I wish we had more time exploring! It would be even better if all guests were briefed to walk carefully and not disturb any wildlife as it is a fragile coral ecosystem.

Windsurfing lessons were very good, going through the basics and proceeding to turning (tacking) within about 2 hrs instruction.

Would highly recommend Hasan for all activities.

This Hôtel is wonderful.

A piece of paradise on earth. The People Who work there are wonderful. Always smiling. Big shout out to Miss Dora, Mr Vuai, Mr Suleiman, Brianse, Joseph and Emmanuel at the réception. The kind maid Martha with her big smile. We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon and moments we Will never forget. The buffet was excellent. The breakfast also, and The private beach. The bar. Nothing but excellence. Thanks to Andrea the manager for the surprising flowers in the room and the warm welcoming of all the team. We recommand this hôtel 100%.

Great resort! The best value is the exceptional personnel of the hotel at all points.

Reception (ALI, made us feel so relaxed), room service (Haji and all the Mrs., we have all we need and it was so clean everything in the room and all over the resort) waitresses (Maria), the spa, the Manager (Kamila) so explanative. The atmosphere of the resort is amazing. This resort is mostly for viewers and not for swimmers, although it has center with all the water activities. Nice food, quantity, and variety every night. Very kind and helpful personnel!!!

This a beautiful resort.

Many of the buildings are made of natural materials (tree trunks and palm leaves) and surrounded by lush tropical gardens which gives the place a lovely feel. The beach at the front of the resort has very fine, almost white sand and is very quiet. The staff are super nice and the service levels are excellent. The food was good quality with many local specialities to choose from. The rooms are simple and comfortable with air conditioning.

We had a great time in this vision of paradise and were very sad to leave.

The staff very friendly, the food was fantastic and the breakfast was really good will lots of fruits.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Breezes Hotel!

Andrea and all the team there made us feel special from the arrival to the departure during every second. That was the perfect end of our honeymoon after a safari.

The team is always kind, friendly and always willing to help to make your stay even more perfect. The location is impressive and the beach and landscapes insane. You have great dinners: food and service, as well as breakfast. Moreover you have plenty of activites, parties and shows to even enjoy it more.

Breezes is the perfect family destination in Zanzibar.

Fantastic accommodations, food and service. Andrea, the manager greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome and everyone on her team followed her lead. The beach was the perfect spot for all the activities they offer as well as a place to e place the low tide pools filled with starfish and other creatures. We'll be back.

We recently stayed at Breezes Beach Club & Spa and must say it was the best experience we have ever had at a resort.

The whole resort is amazingly well kept and very clean. The service received and attention to detail must be mentioned. Breezes beach club is one of the best places we've been.

Everything is nice and the staff is very professional.

Andrea, Lucas and Jaume are the best hosts we ever had.

Room is big and clean. AC is working good and is no problem to sleep even with hight temperature outside.

Swimming pool is big and you can enjoy all day near.

You have plenty od sun beds beside the ocean.

Tides are strong but you can swim in ocean and do all water sports.

Restaurant is nice and the food excellent.

We were happy to be here ??

Best resort I have been to in the world.

My girlfriend and I just got back from 7 nights at the beautiful Breezes Beach Club & Spa. Staying here was quite literally like paradise on Earth. If you are looking at going to Zanzibar (which is amazing in itself) - this resort is definitely the right choice! The staff, the food, the beach, the pool, everything was just perfect - even the wifi was better than home - on an island! The management team were incredible from start to finish and 'going the extra mile' doesn't even begin to describe the customer service here - they go the extra 100 miles. This place is like heaven. Thank you so much to all the amazing people at Breezes - we cannot wait to come back!

Wow what a dream vacation.

Andria the manager at Breezes was so helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay as memorable as possible.

The service was Awsome

The highlight of our stay was the snorkeling team at the Breezes sports Centre Especially Alli & Abbas.

My mum and I have never snorkeled in our life. We told Alli out instructor. He made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. My mum and I refused to jump out of the boat at the amazing lagoon.

ALLI never gave up. He spoke to us so calmy and gave us so much of encouragement and kept on telling us its so easy. I'm hear for you. Relax...

Take your time. There is no rush in the world. We never felt scared or alone for 1 second.

He opened a new world for me. The world of wonder and amazement.

It was not through fear anymore but from sheer awe and wonder. The world slowed as I tried to savour every moment, remember every detail. It was more beautiful than I imagined. Life underwater is beautiful. And the many nameless fish – both tiny and moderate in size – zigzagging their way around you, makes even more magical. Fairy-tale like, perhaps!

Please request for Alli when you go snorkeling. His the best and so passionate about the ocean. I will be back soon at Breezes to experience this wonder. I will only snorkel with Alli
